How fast can you get here?

You get a real time on the phone before the truck leaves, based on where the truck actually is right now. Inside Galveston County that is usually well under an hour. We would rather tell you forty minutes and mean it than say fifteen and leave you watching the road.

What does a tow cost?

A hook fee plus mileage. You get both numbers on the phone before we dispatch, not when the truck arrives. If the job turns out to need winching or recovery, we tell you what that adds before we start.

Do you take card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Card, cash or a shop account. You get a real invoice and a receipt by email either way.

Why a flatbed and not a regular tow truck?

Accepted Answer

On a flatbed all four wheels are off the road. Nothing turns, nothing drags, and the drivetrain is not being spun while the car is towed. For all-wheel drive, low ground clearance, or a car that is already damaged, that is the difference between a tow and a second repair.
